Ya’at’eeh. SKDLN will be hosting a series of 14 Culture nights for our Diné families to learn about clans and identity, coyote stories, traditional oral history, traditional birthing, female/male puberty ceremonies, and food sovereignty. Due to COVID restrictions, we may be limited to virtual sessions, but we will keep our community updated on in-person events.

Join us for Saad K’idilyé Dine Language Nest (SKDLN) Culture Nights and storytelling with Lyle Harvey. Lyle Harvey will be talking about 1) The Importance of Clans and Identity – Who you are and where you come from? and 2) Ma’ii Jooldloshi – Coyote Stories and Teachings.

11/3/21 – 6 to 8pm: The Importance of Clans and Identity – Who you are and where you come from?

11/17/21 – 6 to 8pm: Clan Origin Storytelling: The making of the Clans/People by Changing Woman.

12/1/21 – 6 to 8pm: Ma’ii Jooldloshi (Coyote Stories) and Teachings

12/15/21 – 6 to 8pm: Ma’ii Jooldloshi (Coyote Stories) and Teachings
